The ADR Centre offers a membership plan to its exclusive Executive Lounge for Mediators and Arbitrators. Membership includes private access to the lounge boasting uninterrupted river views, business facilities, wireless internet, complimentary light refreshments and end of trip facilities.

Arbitration is the private dispute resolution by an independent third party, known as the arbitrator. The ADR Centre has a panel of qualified Arbitrators for dispute resolution purposes.

Mediation is an effective way of resolving disputes without the need to go to court. The mediator is a neutral third party who facilitates both parties come to an agreement.

We offer a range of refreshments available for purchase with our facility hire. Our local catering team provides a wide variety of light meal options.

The ADR Centre has 5 meetings rooms plus a variety of individual lounge and break out areas available for hire. Each room comes with Wi-Fi access included, video conferencing facilities with options to purchase refreshments and security personnel.

The ADR Centre can also be booked to host training events, corporate events, CPD events and conferences. The facility has sweeping views of the Swan River and neighbouring panorama.
